NBE Convocation 2022: National Board of Education (NBE) has announced the NBEMS Convocation Notification. The Board will conduct the graduation ceremony for eligible candidates at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi. They are instructed the candidates to register themselves for NBE Convocation. In notification for 21^st Convocation, they are mentioned the date of convocation, registration link, eligibility criteria, registration fee, venue of graduation ceremony,  etc. The Board invite Gold Medal winners to collect their medals & degree certificate in person at the time of NATBOARD Convocation. The Board has scheduled the NBEMS Convocation on the prescribed date.

Degree certificate for other candidates will be send through post within 45 days from the date of NBE Convocation. Candidates can download the NATBOARD Convocation from official website. Candidates who had qualified DNB, DrNB & FNB Exit Exam need to apply for convocation ceremony through online link. The Board will release the detailed notification, guidelines, brochure, etc at official website. Specialty wise, session wise list of Gold Medalists for DNB Convocation has been released by the board. About National Board of Examinations

National Board of Examinations (NBE) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (India), Government of India, and established in 1975 at New Delhi as a Society under Delhi Society registration act, to standardizing postgraduate medical education and examination in India. The postgraduate degree awarded by the National Board of Examinations is called the Diplomate of National Board (DNB). The list of recognised qualifications awarded by the Board in various specialties and super-specialties are approved by the Government of India and are included in the First Schedule of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The National Board of Examinations conducts the largest portfolio of examinations in the field of medicine in India and perhaps at a Global level.

About NBEMS

The Government of India established the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) in 1975 with the objective of improving the quality of the Medical Education by establishing high and uniform standards of postgraduate examinations in modern medicine on an all-India basis and utilizing existing infrastructure for capacity building. NBEMS at present conducts postgraduate and postdoctoral examinations in approved specialties leading to the award of Diplomate of National Board (DNB) and Doctorate of National Board (DrNB) respectively. The Examinations conducted by NBEMS provide a common standard and mechanism of evaluation of minimum level of attainment of the knowledge and competencies of medical specialties.
